Core Features
Find below what makes Lagoon unique
Lagoon lets you create vaults tailored to your needs, customize governance, whitelist preferred protocols, define vault curators' rights, set fees, whitelist users, and select deployment chains.
Interact with any Asset and any Protocol
Lagoon's vaults provide access to the entire crypto ecosystem, interacting with any asset, protocol, chain, including non-EVM chains and centralized exchanges.
Cross-Chain Vault
When you create a vault, you deploy a Safe that can be deployed on all EVM chains with the same address.
This allows the vault curator to execute cross-chain strategies from the same vault and accept cross-chain deposits.
Price Oracle
Vault Curators can calculate and set their own NAV or integrate a trusted third-party service of their choice. The valuation oracle handles NAV updates, settlements, and related operations, ensuring accurate calculations for transparency and depositor trust.
Proper NAV management safeguards user funds and ensures the vault operates securely and reliably.
Set your Rules
Define and restrict the actions of the Vault Curator. You can specify which protocols and assets they are allowed to interact with. This ensures complete transparency for end-users, clarifying what the Vault Curator can and cannot do with their funds.
Advanced Fee Management
Define various fee types, including management, performance, entry, and exit fees, or a combination of these.
Governance
Lagoon offers customizable governance, allowing you to create vaults that can range from highly centralized to fully decentralized or even make them immutable by renouncing vault ownership.
Vault administrators can clearly define roles and distribute responsibilities across the Vault Curator, protocol Whitelist Manager, Price Oracle, and fee receiver.
