General questions

What is a Lagoon vault?

A Lagoon vault is made of:

  • 1 Safe {wallet} smart contract per blockchain;

  • 1 Vault's (ERC-7540) smart contract;

  • 1 Silo contract which contains pending deposits and withdrawals.

How many chains are available?

As of today, there are 15+ EVM-compatible chains from which you can accept deposits.

Does the multisig Safe {Wallet} address change?

No, it is the same address across all EVM-compatible chains.

What types of strategy can be set up?

Anything you can think of. This can range from yield trading to leverage looping or even concentrated liquidity management.

At protocol level, there is no limit in terms of assets.

How much does it cost to get in?

The deployment cost of 4 smart contracts — including a Safe {Wallet}, which is subject to variable gas fees depending on the blockchain network(s) selected.
